DESCRIPTION:— October 2018 Program: Halloween and Astronomy — \nThis month we have a program on Halloween and Astronomy called “Scary\, Starry Astronomy Night”\, followed by Urban Stargazing in the parking lot to see Jupiter\, Saturn\, Mars and more.  FREE and family friendly. \nHave fun learning about the stars and planets during our FREE monthly “Starry Starry Astronomy Night!” at the American Space Museum. We usually meet in the museum classroom for a short program on current events in astronomy\, followed by some urban stargazing from our front parking lot if weather cooperates. \nWe provide a large telescope. Guests are also welcome to bring their own telescope for some hands-on training and tips. \nMore about our Astronomy Programs
