Bilingual STEAM Space Camp – July 15, 16, 17, 2025 – “Outer Space Makes Good Neighbors”

The American Space Museum presents our 3 day educational “Bilingual STEAM* Space Camp” for kids ages 4 – 12 on July 15, 16, & 17, 2025 from 10:30 am to 3 pm. The program is limited to 15 students. Pre-registration Required. See below.** It will not only teach Space Age concepts, but employ the Spanish language to the vocabulary of the students in the educational materials. You do NOT need to know Spanish to attend. Students will learn new phrases and terms along with science education. Address and map to our Titusville, Florida location are at page bottom. Natalia Sepúlveda*** leads the program.
The daily themes are…
- July 15: “Friends In Space” – Building a space station team activity. Visit from Titusville Fire Dept.
- July 16: “Why Do We Explore?”- Making a star chart & backyard stargazing.
- July 17: “Rocket Fun & Story Time” – STEAM Activity & Prizes.
COST: $50 for 1 child OR $35 each for 2 or more SIBLINGS. Pay at the door.
Please be considerate of others by observing the following…
- Max of 15 students for the camp. If it is full you may be offered a spot on the waitlist IF it is not also full.
- With a single registration for July 15 you are registering the student(s) for all 3 days.
- If plans change and the student will not be able to attend, PLEASE CANCEL via link in the confirmation email so the slot is made available to others.

* STEAM = “Space, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math” (STEM with Arts added).
*** Sepúlveda is a bilingual educator, best-selling children’s book author, translator, and editor. She’s a Ronald McNair Fellow (Challenger astronaut) with a master’s degree in Spanish from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

She owns Bilingual Lifestyle Publishing and teaches Spanish in her Bilingual Playgroup at the Brevard County libraries. She has translated and edited over 450 children’s books and educational resources. She also runs a Bilingual Lifestyle blog, sharing her bilingual family adventures and educational resources.
Natalia is originally from San Germán, Puerto Rico, and lives on the Florida Space Coast with her husband, Joseph, and her 3 children. She is passionate about STEAM education, and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
