Astronaut Jon McBride, Emeritus ASM Board Member, Passed Away Aug. 7, 2024

On August 7, 2024, former NASA astronaut Jon McBride passed away at the age of 80. We at the American Space Museum wish to express our condolences to his family and friends. Jon was a long time supporter of our museum. He had previously served on our board of directors and at the time of his passing, he was an Emeritus Board Member. We appreciate the time he gave us!
