Highlights…

    The 404 lots include many items signed by Apollo astronauts and some Apollo flown items including an Apollo 15 Flown American Flag and Apollo 12 & 13 Film returned from the lunar surface! A rich collection of early astronaut autographs, NASA photographs, space flown hardware, NASA Apollo manuals and maps. We also have some historic aviation and “Atomic Age” related lots. Special items include an actual NASA Rocketdyne S-3D Rocket Engine (Lot 74), Apollo 10 Command Module Pilot John Young’s Flown Space Suit Patches directly from his Personal Collection (Lot 147), and Apollo 17 Lunar Dust Stained Flown Checklist Page signed by Gene Cernan (Lot 253)! We also have Fine Sterling, American Silver currency, and jewelry items.

ASM conducts multiple charity auctions a year, an important source of the non-profit’s operating funds. Museum items are not sold as the items come from consignors or donations to support ASM that weren’t needed in the space history collection.
