1) $150 Main ShuttleFest Event
- June 20th & 21st 9am – 5pm at Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront. $150 includes both days.
- Optional “Breakfast with an Astronaut” 8am Saturday AND/OR Sunday. ADD $50 for each day desired. Must be purchased at time of ShuttleFest ticket purchase.
2) $75 Friday Evening fundraiser Cocktail Party with astronauts, event speakers and VIPs.
- June 19th at American Space Museum. UPDATE: Now 6-9pm (was 6-7pm).
- Separate purchase. Limited to 75 people. ShuttleFest admission NOT required.
These events raise funds for the museum and its parent non-profit, the U.S. Space Walk of Fame Foundation.

Held at the luxurious Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront (MAP at bottom), ShuttleFest V has confirmed five astronauts and more to come for a two-day fellowship between space workers, space lovers and space fliers.
Saturday June 20th panel discussions will have the theme: “Americans in Russian Spaceships” with astronauts Norm Thagard, Mike Baker and Don Thomas.
Sunday June 21st will be “Shuttle Sunday” focusing on the 30 year legacy of the Shuttle Era, this year featuring astronauts Tom Jones and Nicole Stott so far.

Friday’s June 19th evening cocktail party fundraiser is a separate ticket to support the U.S. Space Walk of Fame Foundation, the nonprofit organization running the American Space Museum. Astronauts, VIPs and program to be announced soon.
1) Choose ShuttleFest OR Cocktail Party. You must book each one separately.

- If Purchasing tickets for multiple attendees…
- If you want NO Breakfast with Astronaut options OR want the SAME breakfast options with every ticket, you can purchase multiple tickets with one purchase. Be sure to set number of attendees on Contact form.
- If you want different breakfast options for some tickets you must purchase those ShuttleFest tickets as a separate purchase. Be sure to set number of attendees on Contact form.
- Click “ShuttleFest V MAIN EVENT” to open OPTIONS list.
- If desired, Select Breakfast with Astronaut option(s) which apply to all attendees in current purchase.
- Click “Book ShuttleFest V MAIN EVENT” to open Calendar.
- On calendar below Sat click “ShuttleFest V MAIN EVENT” to open Contact Info form. (Covers both days.)
2b) Cocktail Party Tickets…

- On calendar below Fri click “Pre-ShuttleFest Cocktail Party” to open Contact Info form.
3) Contact Form (All Tickets)
- Be sure to set the number of attendees.
- Double Check Email Entry. Tickets, confirmations, etc. are emailed.
- Text Reminders require Phone entry.
- Click NEXT to go to payment form.
- Confirm price which is per attendee. Final total will be on payment form.
4) Payment Form (All Tickets)
- Confirm total price for the whole purchase.
- Continue purchase with PayPal or Credit Card.
5) After Purchase
- Look for email confirmation from “FlexBooker”. The email is your “ticket”. Please bring a copy (electronic or printed) to the event.
