Instructor Natalia SepulvedaWe hold FREE educational Bilingual STEM / STEAM* workshops for kids ages 4 – 12 on the second Saturday of each month from 10:30 am to 12 Noon at the museum, with a different topic each month**. Location: Map & Address

Our volunteer educator, Natalia Sepulveda, will conduct the classes that feature a guest in the space industry sharing their story, as well as storytime and crafts. limited to 15 students per class. Pre-registration Required. See below.*** (They do NOT have to attend all classes.)

In addition to teaching Space Age concepts, the classes will include the Spanish language in the vocabulary of the educational materials. They do not need to know Spanish to attend but will learn new phrases and terms along with science education.

Classes are in high demand and often have a waitlist. Please be considerate of others by observing the following…

  • Only register students, NOT accompanying adults or siblings.
  • Please… At least one parent or guardian must stay during class.
  • If a class is full you may be offered a spot on the waitlist IF it is not also full.
  • If plans change and the student will not be able to attend, PLEASE CANCEL via link in the confirmation email so the slot is made available to others.

About Instructor Natalia Sepulveda

Sepulveda is a best-selling children’s book author, translator, and editor. She’s a Ronald McNair
Fellow (a Challenger astronaut) with a master’s degree in Spanish from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

She owns Bilingual Lifestyle Publishing and translates and edits children’s books.

She has translated and edited over 500 children’s books and
educational resources. She also runs a Bilingual Lifestyle blog, sharing her bilingual family
adventures and educational resources.
